How to revive my azalea bonsai tree?
Hi,I bought a bonsai tree I was told around 40 years old. I kept the tree outside until temperatures dropped below 0 and then I kept it inside in a cool room for the winter, by a window. It seemed to be doing well. Around spring, even a couple flowers opened up. Shortly after though I ran into problems.1 When the sun became stronger when Spring came around, most of the leaves on the top of the tree burnt. So I moved the tree into less light.2 For a short period I was overwatering, and little clovers started growing in the soil, and most of the leaves at the bottom of the tree turned almost a black color. So I cut down watering, the clovers died off.At this point, most of the leaves on the tree are dry or burnt. However, there are still a few clusters of green leaves and buds that have seemed to survived for a while now. I know the thing is not dead. But it is not showing any growth either. I started collecting rain water and only water with rain water and have cut down fertilizing until it gets better. I even moved it unto a spot on my balcony that only gets filtered light. What can I do so that my tree will get better quicker and show some new growth?
