Question: Can i keep a bonsai tree inside all year long?

You might be able to? depending on the species. you would have to move it here and there to get optimal sun, temp, and water by hand. if you left outside it would benefit, until winter. depending what kind of tree?

Some yes, some no. If it is a tropical, it will NEED to be in all year long. But some, like a juniper need winter chill.
